1. Scope
This notice concerns ETP S.p.A.’s website, hosted on Aruba S.p.A.’s Windows Hosting service. It describes cookies and similar technologies used during browsing and distinguishes them from technical server logs.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files that a website may store on your device. Other technologies, such as localStorage and sessionStorage, can store information in your browser. The applicable rules depend on the purpose, not just the technology’s name.
3. Website configuration
The website code does not set cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. Language and navigation settings are held in memory during the visit, without persistent device storage.
Google Analytics, advertising tools and YouTube videos are not integrated. Images, styles and scripts are served by the website. The contact section offers an optional embedded Google map, blocked until you select “Allow and show map”. External links do not load destination-site content before you click.
Once loaded, Google Maps can receive your IP address, browser and device information and use cookies or similar technologies for its service, security and other purposes described in its notices. Names and durations depend on Google’s configuration, browser settings and any Google account session. See Google Privacy Policy and Google cookie information.
You can withdraw permission on this page by selecting “Disable map”, which removes the embedded content and stops its further loading here. It does not delete cookies already set by Google; use your browser settings and Google privacy controls to manage those.
4. Hosting and technical logs
The hosting service may record requests and technical data for operation and security. Logs are held on the server and are not, in themselves, cookies stored on your device. For information about the processing of browsing data, please read the Privacy Policy.
5. Consent and preferences
The Google map is disabled by default. You may leave it off using “Keep map off”, without affecting access to contacts or any other website content. Selecting “Allow and show map” authorises this optional content and Google’s cookies for the current page. The choice is kept only in memory: reloading the page leaves the map disabled again.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking technical tools used by the platform may affect access or service operation.
