Styling matters. All the way to the finished product. At ETP, styling and engineering work together from the first proposals: feasibility informs the design from the start, helping preserve its character throughout development.

From surface to component. We engineer body structures, exterior panels and closures in steel, aluminium and composites: doors, bonnets, roofs, fenders and fixed or active aerodynamic components. We define geometry, attachments and mechanisms, checking packaging, fit and vehicle integration.

Every detail must work as part of the whole. We develop instrument panels and interior and exterior trim, addressing materials, attachments and interfaces. Design decisions take manufacturing processes into account, from injection moulding to foaming and thermoforming.

From feasibility to release, we carry component development forward. Technical studies, CAD engineering, final geometry and drawings: we work with the client’s team throughout development or on specific activities, in line with project requirements.
Through specialist partners, we also offer structural analysis, manufacturing simulations, models and prototypes, reverse engineering and cost optimisation.

THE STARTING POINT
We define the goals, product identity and initial constraints. We develop the first styling proposals around what the product needs to express, the functions it must perform and what it takes to make it real.

THE TECHNICAL REVIEW
We put the proposal to the test. We assess packaging, interfaces, materials and manufacturing processes against technical requirements and applicable regulations. We identify issues and develop the solutions needed to move forward.

COMPONENT DEVELOPMENT
Surfaces become components. We define geometry, attachments and fit, resolve interfaces and engineer vehicle integration. Each design decision is developed in coordination with the client’s team.

We prepare final CAD geometry and technical drawings for release, in line with the client’s project requirements.

Automotive, agriculture, defence and other industrial vehicles. Applications and constraints change. Our approach does not: understand the problem, develop the solution, engineer what makes it work.
A / AUTOMOTIVE
A vehicle’s character is built beneath the surface, too. From styling to construction details, we engineer interiors, exteriors, structures and components for automotive OEMs. Plastics, metals and composites: every decision connects form, function and manufacturing.
B / AGRICULTURE
Work in the field starts at the drawing board. From cabs and bodywork to trim and tanks, we engineer interiors, exteriors and components for tractors and agricultural machinery. We design in plastics, metals and composites with operation, maintenance and manufacturing in mind.
C / DEFENCE
Every installation must work as part of the vehicle. We develop components, structures and integration solutions for equipment and ballistic protection. Packaging, mounting, access and movement guide the design around the vehicle’s requirements.
D / OTHER INDUSTRIAL VEHICLES
Different vehicles need more than standard solutions. For snow groomers, trucks and specialist vehicles, we engineer interiors, exteriors and components in plastics, metals and composites. We start with the job they must do and develop the design around equipment, operating conditions and maintenance.
